These are 27 hill pigeons flying beautifully in groups at cultivated fields along the Imjin River.
According to the National Institute of Ecology on November 24, 2021, about 80 pigeons were confirmed to stay in the Imjingang River area in Yeoncheon.
More than 60 pigeons are known to live in Gurye and Goheung, Jeollanam-do, where the "endangered" hill pigeon, which was pushed out by a foreign species, is currently known. In particular, nearly 30 animals originally lived in the Goheung area, but now only about one remains.
