On the day when fine dust covered the metropolitan area in the new year, it was a Rough-legged Buzzard that I met for the first time in Gyo-dong, Ganghwa.
The rough-legged buzzard or rough-legged hawk is found in Arctic and Subarctic regions of North America, Europe, and Russia during the breeding season and migrates south for the winter.
