Blue-winged Minla

 

It is found in the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia, China, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Tibet, and Vietnam.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.

 

Usually travels in large groups, and is often a chief component of mixed-species feeding flocks.

Birds in southern Southeast Asian portion of range are very gray, lacking bright colors.
