왕새매, 말똥가리와 소쩍새 (Grey-faced Buzzard, C0mmon Buzzard & Oriental Scops Owl )

The grey-faced buzzard is an Asian bird of prey.

It breeds in Manchuria, Korea and Japan; it winters in South-east Asia.

The species lives in most of Europe and extends its breeding range across much of the Palearctic as far as northwestern China (Tian Shan), far western Siberia and northwestern Mongolia, and It is wintering in Korea.

The species has an extremely wide distribution across eastern and southern Asia, and is found in dry deciduous forests from Russia to Thailand. The owl nests in holes in trees during February–April.
